Announced Business Combination with World View Enterprises
On January 13, 2023, Leo Holdings Corp. II announced it has entered into a business combination agreement with World View Enterprises, the global leader in stratospheric exploration and flight. World View plans to use the capital raised in connection with the transaction to expand its successful global remote sensing business into new markets and industries that stand to benefit from the unique advantages offered by remote sensing via the stratosphere, not available with traditional satellite imaging or fixed-wing aircraft monitoring.
